Ebizzme is always available to help with any problem or issue that you may have. We do our best to be pro-active to solve problems as quickly as possible so they do not become larger problems.
Support tickets are handled as they come into our queue. Every ticket is assigned top priority and assigned to an agent that must then address the problem. If for any reason the agent cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame the issue is automatically escalated to a superior to handle.
